In other news…
First, this comic is brought to you again by the good people who support me on Patreon, with a special shout-out to The Lurker, Paul Gabbard, Jeremy, and alphanor, who ALL became Mayor of Pucksburg for this month! It’s a title that comes with rewards, including actual original comic art getting mailed to you. If you’re interested in keeping the Puck comics flowing, and maybe gaining some fun perks, CHECK OUT THE PATREON!!!
As for this comic…
Running behind schedule due to real life stuff, but getting it done in the end. And yes, the irony-aware among you will notice that Colin’s distraction over his role as babysitter occurs when he is completely failing to watch his baby. So he can’t even get that right.
Someone has to watch the little one while the rest do all of the difficult stuff for this plan to work.
It’s a job, right?
Well, we don’t know what Mirands’s assignment is yet.
Perhaps it’s the same as Don Cheadle as Basher Tarr in Ocean’s 11 and Colin has to make sure things don’t go Big-Badda-Boom.
Or they’ll be in Barney.
Oof. Not even the Wheelman.
Tragic, I know. Though he’ll try for an upgrade.
And Puck is the muscle, right?
Of course!
I assume comms was taken.
We’ve got comms covered. We need someone for diaper duty.
Would’a thought Miranda would be toilet trained by now. Not sure of some of the others, though.
The world needs ditch diggers too.
Or else you don’t got ditches. And can you imagine a world without ditches? WHERE WOULD WE DUMP THE BODIES?
Probably acid vats and then grind up whatever is left.
Of course that is just a personal preference.
Dexter preferred dismemberment and deep-sixing.
Each to their own.
You are too knowledgeable.
Can the raccoon read his assignment folder?
Might read. Might eat. We’ll see.
He’s guarding the future Empress of Earth, so really, he’s protecting the future. As for no particular skills, now come on Daphne, he’s the only one in the house earning legal money!
Cover is a roll. One that can be easily enhanced by taking care of the baby.
That requires no skills. That just requires drudgery.
I feel like this didn’t need an envelope. But I’m SO glad it does. :).
She’s FINE. She’s playing on the back of the couch. It’s not THAT far to the floor.
The floor is only oak. It’s not THAT hard. It’s not like it’s hardwood… Oh. Wait.
This week’s Fun with Nouns project is like me at age 14: “Hey, you know what would be cool. Like, you get Red Sonja… No, wait, a BLONDE Red Sonja … yeah… and, and, and, and, um, PUT her in Dragonball Z and she could like, kick Goku’s ass and then be like a Super Saijan…. Sayan? … Saijan. And Vegetas would like, WHAT? And she’s cut his arm off or something….
On reflection, I was really kind of embarrassing at 15.
We ALL were. It’s what fifteen’s for.
I’m still kinda embarrassing. As you can see.
And what’s wrong with babysitting? I’ve done it! (Harumph!) LOL! :))
Mac & cheese pie?
