So yeah. Another strip. I’m happy with the drawings in the final panel.

I utterly refuse to believe the Daphne is competent in any way, shape or form.
Sorry.
All evidence to the contrary.
We’ve seen that she’s been able to hack into security systems as a kid, this isn’t that far-fetched; it’s just your own ridiculous prejudice, SotiCoto
Hey, some people just love ridiculous prejudice. If it’s directed at fictional characters, it’s better than the alternative.
Yeah. Pretty much.
But it still makes more sense to me that she is faking it than any notion that she is genuinely that capable. Neither her personality nor her appearance are particularly indicative of the level of competence we’ve been told about.
I might have to revisit this later once I’m out of the archives, but so far this is my favorite Puck comic.
This is one of my favorites too. Glad someone else agrees!
Daphne is a Master of Manipulation, and clearly Lucky.
Proof ?
Of all doorsteps to appear on (Episode 3), Daphne discovers an ancient Fairy, who asks no questions, and who is quite pleased to support a child who does nothing but eat, sleep, and play Video Games. That’s LUCK.
And, her endless addition to Video Games prepared her well for On-Line Poker. So it’s no surprise she would be good at it.
Ironically, it was her benefactor that totally messed up Daphne’s success story. Sigh. Puck’s Bad Luck trumps Daphne’s Good Luck.
Well, when Daphne will turns 18, On-Line Poker will still be there. She’ll have another chance.
Well, I have a feeling that when Daphne turns eighteen, it’ll be hard to play online poker in jail. Hard, but not impossible.
OH NOOOO !!!

That’s the danger of using another person’s Visa.
Master Card might have worked out better.
MasterCard: the poor man’s Visa.
