Knowing the intersection that Colin was parked on, I can guarantee that he is parked very illegally. But I place vehicles and people according to the needs of the comic or the needs of my laziness, not the needs of logic or the law.
It will be interesting to see if the cops will get involved with this entire situation. I mean honestly, they don’t have an idea for the police, right ?
