Here’s another older piece of fan art, this one by Kathy Catlin, who is currently rebooting her Alien Shores comic. It features Phoebe meeting one of her characters, Izzy. Both of them are raven-haired, super-attractive and a little clued out. (One could call them ‘bimbos’, but I choose to use kinder terminology.)
This is one of the few pieces of Phoebe fan art that I consider to be pretty much ‘on model’. This one looks like Phoebe. Not sure about that outfit, though. That looks silly even for Phoebe.
Those teensey-tiny horns are an interesting twist – I’ll bet they catch on her bed-pillows something fierce.
And could certainly be threatening during lovemaking !
(maybe Phoebe could stick each tip into a ping pong ball as protectors ?)
Yeah, I guess the horns here are a little small. I think the way I draw them, they’d be even more dangerous. I mean, even doing her own hair would be kind of tricky. Oh well. Maybe they’re not as sharp as they look.

I compare Phoebe’s horns to Cat Claws:
I have found large Male Cats have robust claws that tend not to hurt if they knead their human pets through their clothing.
But small Female Cats have thin needle-sharp claws that pierce even heavy denim – OUCH !
Phoebe seems to have ditched the glasses and taken to using contact lenses instead.
